Help...wart on lip? - white wart on lip

I looked in the mirror today and I noticed something in my lip! First, I have little white things, and I know that these are widespread, but I have something that seems clear is uneven! Is that a wart? I do not know the sex, but I have no warts on the hands and wash my face every day and asked me if I could get warts on the face. Please help me.
