I do not think you can download the latest information from anywhere NAVTEQ. That is the kicker on the OEM navigation with proprietary software, which in captivity back to their "beloved" CD. 129/disc or dealer or) directly from NAVTEQ ($ in their website or you can probably earn more by hard by eBay in about half the price.
